PIN # Delivery for Hotmail and
MSN Email Users
IMPORTANT: We are experiencing great
problems delivering PINS to Hotmail Accounts. We strongly encourage
you to use another email address to receive your orders.
Some Hotmail and MSN users have
been experiencing problems receiving their PIN(s). To correct this
problem, please follow the following instructions.
- Click on OPTIONS.
- Click on CONTACTS.
- Click on SAFE LIST.
- Type support@bestpricedcards.com in the box, and then click
ADD.
- Then, type bestpricedcards.com in the box, and then click
ADD.
- Close Hotmail.
- Call 1-866-831-0651, and we will resend your order.
- Then check your Hotmail or MSN account.
PIN # Delivery for Yahoo Email Users
We are experiencing great difficulty
delivering PIN #'s to Yahoo Accounts. We strongly encourage you
to add support@bestpricedcards.com in your Contact List before
ordering. This is located under Addresses in your Yahoo account.
If you do not do this Yahoo will filter out our email and you will
not receive your PINs. Also, please always check your Spam Folder
if you still fail to receive your PIN's.
Our
Yahoo customers have also been experiencing delays in receiving
their PINs. You will receive your receipt instantly because it
comes from a financial institution, but you may receive
your PIN later. Yahoo is filtering emails for viruses and email
has been delayed from 30 minutes to 45 minutes. If this happens
to you, please email Yahoo Support at http://help.yahoo.com/ and
let them know about your problem with their email. If you have
a secondary email account and would like your order sent there,
please call us at 1-866-831-0651 Monday-Friday 10am-7pm E.S.T.
First
Time Customers
Your first order has to be approved
by a BestPricedCards.Com representative. After you complete
your first order you must call our order validation department
at 1-866-831-0651. Best times to call: M-F 10 AM to 7 PM Eastern.
Once your first order is approved, all following orders will be
delivered to your email instantly.
Card Rates and Connection Problems
If you have a problem with the connection
or the charges, call the customer service number for the
card that
is listed on any card information page. BestPricedCards.Com has
no control over domestic or international rate changes, quality
of lines, disconnects or closing down of the long distance carrier
or the phone card issuer, so no liability is assumed in any of
the above events. We do the best we can to find the cards with
the lowest rates for the countries our customers use most. We do
not manufacture phone cards, we only distribute them.
Bad PIN #
Sometimes a typographically error
results in a bad PIN # being sent. If you find you have received
a bad PIN number, we will glady replace it. Please click
here to
report your bad pin number and receive a the correct one.
Lost PIN #
If you lose your PIN number, please call us at 1-866-831-0651
and we will give it to you again.
Return Policy
Once the PIN number is delivered to the customer, the sale is
final. The PIN cannot be returned. |
